The brand had to say, “We’ve got this,” with the same tone as a friend who brings snacks, a mop, and really good news. It had to look like something you’d trust to come into your home at its worst—and maybe even make you chuckle while they’re at it.

the18 dove in (not literally, although water damage was involved). We started by unpacking the three essential ingredients of Element3:

  • WaterThe soggy intruder.
  • FireThe overzealous flame.
  • MouldThe unwanted houseguest who overstays.

These became not just challenges to tackle, but characters in our brand world—quirky nuisances that Element3 defeats with calm expertise and a touch of cheeky charm.

  • Empathetic, without being syrupy.
  • Confident, without being cold.
  • Light, but not lightweight.

Visuals followed suit: clean, clear design with bold, friendly typography and a bright color palette that felt like a fresh start.
